Her secret? An uncanny ability to read people, anticipate problems before they surface, and bring order to chaos, even during a Category 4 hurricane evacuation. Clients know she’s the calm in the storm and the creative force behind their event’s success.

Under Stephanie’s leadership, her dedicated team of trusted partners have successfully negotiated and executed events across Europe, Asia, Mexico, Canada, and throughout the United States.
Michelle Stair, Creative Director
Michelle serves as Creative Director for Monarch Meetings & Events, bringing a strong foundation in corporate experience and small-business design. She specializes in event signage, invitations, branded materials, logo development, and creative concepts that enhance the overall event experience.
Known for her organized, collaborative approach, Michelle ensures every design element supports the event’s goals while maintaining brand consistency and visual impact. She works closely with Monarch’s team to deliver creative solutions that are both polished and practical.
